Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 39987 (2025), how many of the 101 housing places that strategic partners are contracted to deliver by 30 June 2026, if any, will be leased from developers and how does that number breakdown by strategic partner?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have provided a table supplied by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development showing the proposed breakdown of the 110 housing places that strategic partners are contracted to deliver by 30 June 2026 by new builds and build to lease. I am advised that the total of 101 places as provided in my response to WPQ (2025) was correct at the time, and that there have been nine more places contracted for delivery by strategic partners before 30 June 2026 since then.
