Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many community housing providers who have been allocated new social housing places funded through Budget 24 have confirmed their project delivery methodologies and for each such provider how many places will they build and own and how many will they lease?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have provided a table supplied by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development that shows the breakdown of places that Community Housing Providers have been approved to date broken down by new builds and build to lease.
