Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning Monday 1st September 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and what is the proposed net change in roles?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities does not plan to open any changes to employment roles, numbers, or conditions in the week beginning 1 September 2025.
