43165 (2025). Steve Abel to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: Why is access across Crown land not guaranteed beyond the entitlements of the general public in the Te Pire Whakahoki a Kororipo Pā – Kororipo Pā Vesting Bill?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Kororipo Pā will vest in Ngāti Rēhia with historic reserve status retained and public access maintained. Access arrangements for the site will be the same as they were under Department of Conservation ownership.
