43116 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Justice: How many stop work notices have been implemented, if any, in each of the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice has interpreted this question as referring to either a notice of strike, or notice of lockout, under sections 86A or 86B of the Employment Relations Act 2000. The answer is "none".
