43107 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Has he received or requested a copy of the internal review that Airways New Zealand indicated it would conduct into the national air traffic control outage in August 2025, and if so, on what date will Airways New Zealand release that review to the public, if at all?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Airways briefed the Associate Minister of Transport on the disruption event on 20 August 2025 and has provided information on the event to the Offices of the Shareholding Ministers. As Airways' internal review is under active consideration, it would not be in the public interest for me to comment on this process at this stage.
