43100 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Justice: How many vacant positions have been disestablished, if any, in each of the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the change process at the Ministry of Justice is comprised of two phases. In the first phase, now completed, one vacant position was disestablished. The second phase is still in progress and final decisions have not been made, so the number of vacant positions to be disestablished (if any) is not yet known.
