43086 (2025). Benjamin Doyle to the Minister of Internal Affairs: Since October 2023, what is the total number of employees, including contractors, at the Department of Internal Affairs who currently have or have had in the past, paid access to use Adobe Photoshop, if any?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that from October 2023 to June 2024, the Department paid for 106 licenses for staff to access Adobe Photoshop. This includes Adobe Photoshop only licenses, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud, which provides access to over 20 creative applications, including Photoshop. For the period of July 2024 to June 2025, this decreased to 74 total licenses, and at July 2025, there were 40 total licenses. The Department has advised that earlier centralised licensing information is not readily available.
