Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: Does Kāinga Ora have systems in place to monitor the delivery of its pipeline of homes against contacts signed with build partners and developers and if so, do these systems record the contract dates, delivery dates and the number of homes to be delivered by agreed delivery dates?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it has systems in place to monitor the delivery of homes against contracts with build partners and developers. Contract details such as the number of homes and agreed delivery dates are recorded, and delivery performance is actively tracked through reporting, contract oversight, and programme management processes.
