43081 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: Do Kāinga Ora’s contracts with builders, developers and other vendors contain clauses that inform vendors that information about the contracts they sign can be made publicly available and if so, what do those clauses say?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that its large-scale construction contracts typically include confidentiality obligations. However, these large-scale construction contracts also contain specific carve-outs to accommodate government disclosure requirements.
