43021 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How many voluntary redundancy processes have been initiated, if any, in each of the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: These decisions are the responsibility of the relevant Chief Executive. I am advised that 41 voluntary redundancies have been approved at the Ministry of Health. I am also advised by Health New Zealand that no new voluntary redundancy processes were initiated between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024.
