42956 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Economic Development: How many stop work notices have been implemented, if any, in each of the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Melissa Lee: I am advised that New Zealand Trade and Enterprise implemented one stop work notice. I am advised that the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment has implemented two stop work notices which required a change process. With regard to New Zealand Growth Capital Partners - I am advised no stop work notices have been implemented.
