42923 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 25 August 2025, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received one document from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) between 25-29 August 2025: Operational Recovery Weekly Status Report – Upper South Island Severe Weather Event 2025, 28 August 2025. I also received two additional documents on 29 August 2025; it is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA and DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
