42774 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of August 25th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe received five fatality notifications between 25 August and 31 August 2025, all of which are awaiting assessment to establish if they are work-related.
