42730 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: Has any restructure of the Ministry for Ethnic Communities been proposed, if so, what analysis, if any, has he commissioned or received on the risks of absorbing the Ministry for Ethnic Communities into another agency?

Hon Judith Collins: The Public Service Commissioner has been looking at the whole of the Public Service in terms of the potential to group or reconfigure the current agencies in a way that will set them up for the future (see for example his February speech (link). No decisions have been made yet.
