42702 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How much, if anything, has been spent by Health New Zealand on contractors for the 24/25 financial year?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the departments, agencies, and ministries I am responsible for as Minister of Health report annually to the Health Committee on these matters. I do not consider it in the public interest to commit taxpayer-funded officials' time to preparing this information ahead of these publications.
