42687 (2025). Shanan Halbert to the Minister for Vocational Education: How many individuals have completed an apprenticeship since January 2025 to date, broken down by ethnicity, gender?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) does not provide part-year data on the number of completions for the current 2025 reporting year. Tertiary Education Organisations have up to the first quarter of the following year (2026) to report and confirm their completion data to TEC. Any part-year values may not reflect the actual number of completions in 2025. 2025 apprenticeship completions will be available once finalised completion data is confirmed in the second quarter of 2026. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 42688 (2025).
