42638 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Trade: In the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, how many employees, if any, are set to lose their roles and have a focus on mitigating climate change or its effects, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Todd McClay: I refer the Member to the Minister of Foreign Affairs response to WPQ 42399 (2024). New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) provides services to export and investment customers. NZTE does not have a direct role in working to mitigate climate change or its effects.
