Hon Todd McClay: For Invest New Zealand, established July 2025, I have sought exceptions to the Fees Framework for three appointments from the Minister for the Public Service between 27 November 2023 and 30 June 2025. The exceptions were approved for a two-year period. For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, none. For New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, I refer the Member to the response to WPQ 42581 (2025).
