Camilla Belich to the Minister for Disability Issues: How many appointments, if any, did the Minister take to the APH Cabinet Committee that included an exception to the Fees Framework between 27 November 2023 and 30 June 2025; broken down by month, whether the exception was agreed, and the percentage increase requested?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha neither sought, nor had approved, any exceptions to the fees framework between 27 November 2023 and 30 June 2025. For the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to written reply 42512 (2025).
