Camilla Belich to the Minister for Infrastructure: How many appointments, if any, did the Minister take to the APH Cabinet Committee that included an exception to the Fees Framework between 27 November 2023 and 30 June 2025; broken down by month, whether the exception was agreed, and the percentage increase requested?

Hon Chris Bishop: April 2024: the appointment of six members of the Fast-Track Project Advisory Group included an exception to the Fees Framework for an increase of 68% for members and 26% for chairs. This exception was agreed. February 2025: the appointment of the Fast-track panel convenor and two associate panel conveners included an exception to the Fees Framework for an increase of 419%.
