42454 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Conservation: What instructions, if any, have they issued to their agencies, if any, to manage Crown board fee increases within existing baselines, and what effect do they expect this will have on service delivery?

Hon Tama Potaka: The Public Service Commission issued instructions to agencies in July 2025. The instructions noted that increases need to be met through current baselines. Increases can be phased in over multiple financial years if necessary. I am advised that the Department of Conservation does not expect any fee increases to have an impact on service delivery.
