Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Environment: How many appointments, if any, did the Minister or their agency, if any, seek an exception to the Fees Framework for from the Minister for the Public Service between 27 November 2023 and 30 June 2025; broken down by month and whether the exception was approved or not?

Hon Penny Simmonds: In September 2024 I sought an exception to the Fees Framework for the Te Awamutu Waste to Energy Board of Inquiry. The Minister for the Public Services approved the exemption on 14 October 2024.
