42384 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Housing: In the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, how many employees, if any, are set to lose their roles have a focus on working with Māori, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: These decisions are the responsibility of the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. I am advised that these decisions are still to be implemented. Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that as at 10 July 2024 no roles have been disestablished for employees who work with Māori.
