42364 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for ACC: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Scott Simpson: From 3 March 2025 (when I was sworn in) to 01 August 2025 I have received 46 OIA requests. Ten of these were extended beyond the 20 days under the OIA.
