42363 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of State for Trade and Investment: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I received 77 Official Information Act 1982 requests in the period from 27 November 2023 to 1 August 2025. All requests that have been responded to were done so within the statutory timeframe, including ones that had been extended pursuant to sections 15A(1)(a) and 15A(1)(b) of the Official Information Act 1982.
