Hon Scott Simpson: The Commerce Commission reported one infringement notice issued by the New Zealand Police during the period of 27 November 2023 to 1 August 2025. The fine was issued on 14 February 2024 and was for exceeding the speed limit by 10 kilometres per hour. The fine was $30.00 and was paid by the individual driving the vehicle.
