Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Statistics: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: As Minister of Statistics I have received 20 requests for information under the Official Information Act 1982 in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025. Of these requests, 18 were responded to in full within 20 working days. Please note that OIAs are able to be extended under Section 15A of the Official Information Act 1982.
