Hon Scott Simpson: ACC advises me it has been issued two infringement notices by the New Zealand Police to a vehicle it owns and/or operates in the stated period. The first infringement notice was for $80 and was issued on 24 June 2024 for speeding. The second infringement notice was $30 and was issued on 16 October 2024 for speeding. Both fines were paid by the individuals driving the vehicles.
