42328 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Transport: How many, if any, infringement notices issued by the New Zealand Police have been issued to any vehicle owned and/or operated by each department or entity that the Minister is responsible for from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025; listed by infringement type, date, fine, and whether the fine was paid by the individual driving the vehicle or by the department/entity?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that one infringement notice was issued for a NZTA vehicle: Moving Vehicle Offence - Speeding, 20/11/2024 - $30 fine paid by individual I am advised by the Ministry of Transport that the Ministry does not own or operate any vehicles.
