42313 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Health: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that this specific information, as requested by the Member, is not held by my Office. This is due to the change in Health Ministers in January 2025. I do not consider it to be in the public interest to divert staff from essential services to undertake a substantial collation exercise. However, I can confirm that 300 Official Information Act requests that were received by my Office were commissioned to Health New Zealand and the Ministry of Health.
