42289 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for the South Island: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon James Meager: As of 1 August 2025, I have received 59 Official Information Act requests since taking office on 24 January 2025. Of these, 55 were responded to in full within 20 working days; 3 were formally extended; and 1 was responded to the day after the statutory deadline.
