42286 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: What advice, if any, has he or his office received on addressing the fact that orange roughy stock levels are estimated between 8% to 18%; listed by title and date?

Hon Shane Jones: I am yet to receive advice from Fisheries New Zealand following recent public consultation on options to adjust catch settings for orange roughy (the ORH 3B stock). I expect to receive this advice in the coming weeks for my consideration.
