Hon Simon Watts: "As Minister of Energy, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the energy portfolio the EA and EECA: EA: The Authority has not been issued with any infringement notices for any vehicles it owns or operates during the period 27 November 2023 to 1 August 2025. EECA: EECA does not own any vehicles, any infringements incurred by a staff member using a rental or private vehicle on EECA business are to be paid for by the staff member. However to our knowledge no infringements were issued to EECA staff during this period."
