Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Vocational Education: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Penny Simmonds: Specific to the Vocational Education portfolio in the period 24 January 2025 (date of portfolio created) to August 1, 2025, my office has received 36 official information requests. Of these, 16 were responded to in full within 20 working days and 17 were transferred in full to a government agency/agencies. Please note that this does not include requests where an extension of time was given. Please note this does not including the portfolio of Tertiary Education and Skills.
