Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Economic Growth: How many, if any, infringement notices issued by the New Zealand Police have been issued to any vehicle owned and/or operated by each department or entity that the Minister is responsible for from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025; listed by infringement type, date, fine, and whether the fine was paid by the individual driving the vehicle or by the department/entity?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that between 27 November 2023 and 1 August 2025, the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment received five infringements issued by New Zealand Police. Please note this only includes infringements issued against the vehicle and does not include any infringements issued directly to a driver where MBIE does not receive the infringement. Please find attached a table providing a further breakdown of this information. With regard to New Zealand Growth Capital Partners, I am advised that NZGCP does not own any company vehicles.
