Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Trade and Investment: How many, if any, infringement notices issued by the New Zealand Police have been issued to any vehicle owned and/or operated by each department or entity that the Minister is responsible for from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025; listed by infringement type, date, fine, and whether the fine was paid by the individual driving the vehicle or by the department/entity?

For New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, infringement notices from 27 November 2024 to 1 August 2025 are listed below. In both cases, the fine was paid by the driver. - Speeding 19/02/2024 $120.00 - Speeding 6/07/2024 $30.00
