42247 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What proportion of prisoners at Mt Eden were on remand as at 31 July 2025, broken down by remand accused, remand convicted, and sentenced?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that as at 31 July 2025, 63% of the on-site population at Mt Eden Corrections Facility were remand accused, 31% were remand convicted, and 6% were sentenced.
