Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Rail: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Ministers' Office has received 376 OIA requests in the period from November 27, 2023, to August 1, 2025, across all portfolios (including Deputy Prime Minister). All requests are responded to within the statutory timeframes set out under the OIA including where extensions are sought to enable consultations to occur.
