42235 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology: How many, if any, Koru memberships have been purchased by each department or entity that the Minister is responsible for from 27 November 2023 to August 2024; and for what purpose?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: As Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology, I have no responsibility for any government departments. With regard to agencies, Crown entities and any other bodies under the Science, Innovation and Technology portfolio I have been advised that approximately 70 Koru memberships have been purchased by Crown Research Institutes to allow for staff to continue working in transit while advancing science through international partnerships.
