42231 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Disability Issues: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Louise Upston: The Minister received 36 OIA requests requiring advice from the Ministry of Disabled People - Whaikaha in order to respond. Of these, 15 were answered in full in the first 20 working days. Regarding MSD DSS The minister received 13 Official information act requests 5 required extensions beyond 20 working days.
