42209 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Brooke van Velden: My office received 275 OIA requests between 27 November 2023 and 1 August 2025. Of these 269 were responded to by the due date. Note that some of these were extended beyond 20 working days in accordance with the Act.
