42175 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Louise Upston: In the period from 27 November 2023 to 1 August 2025, I received 100 Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) in my capacity as Minister for Social Development and Employment. Of the requests received, 47 required extensions beyond 20 working days. Of those responded to within 20 working days, 3 OIA requests were granted in full. 6 were granted in part, and 8 refused.
