42098 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Māori Development: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Tama Potaka: I have received a total of 118 Official Information Act 1982 requests across the Māori Development, Māori Crown Relations: Te Arawhiti and Whānau Ora portfolios between the period from 27 November 2023 to 01 August 2025. 96 of these requests were responded to in full within 20 working days and a further 16 requests were extended under statutory requirements and responded to in full within required timeframes.
