42088 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: How many prisoners at Mt Eden completed rehabilitation or treatment programmes in the 12 months to July 2025?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Mt Eden Corrections Facility is a remand prison, and therefore has a high turnover of prisoners, with many prisoners spending a short period of time there. I am further advised that between 1 August 2024 and 31 July 2025, 88 people at Mt Eden Corrections Facility completed a rehabilitation programme.
