42055 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology: In the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, how many employees, if any, are set to lose their roles have a focus on working with Pāsefika, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Judith Collins: As Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology (SI&T), I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to agencies under the SI&T portfolio, one role had a focus on working with Pāsefika (Māori & Pacific Project Advisor). This role was disestablished and replaced with a new role within the Māori Economy Team.
