42000 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How many, if any, infringement notices issued by the New Zealand Police have been issued to any vehicle owned and/or operated by each department or entity that the Minister is responsible for from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025; listed by infringement type, date, fine, and whether the fine was paid by the individual driving the vehicle or by the department/entity?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade does not own or operate any vehicles in New Zealand. I am advised that Antarctica New Zealand's travel policy is that fines from parking or traffic offenses incurred while using a vehicle for work related purposes are the personal responsibility of the driver.
