Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Natural Hazards Commission (NHC) does not collect or retain information on infringement notices issued on any vehicle owned and/or operated by NHC. If an infringement notice has been issued, it is the responsibility of the NHC staff member to pay for the fine in accordance with its travel policy.
