Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Customs: How many requests for information, if any, under the Official Information Act 1982 has the Minister or their office received in the period from November 27th 2023 to August 1st 2025, and how many of these, if any, were responded to in full within 20 working days?

Hon Casey Costello: Between 27 November 2023 and 1 August 2025, I received 32 requests under the Official Information Act that related to my responsibilities as Minister of Customs. 29 requests were responded to within statutory timeframes. The remaining three requests have a statutory due date that falls after 1 August 2025.
