41947 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: How much, if anything, did Kainga Ora spend on the High Court case brought by Winton Land Limited and Sunfield Developments Limited alleging anti-competitive conduct by Kāinga Ora and how much, if anything, did Kāinga Ora seek to recover from Winton?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that as at 31 July 2025, Kāinga Ora had spent approximately $9.5 million (excluding GST) defending this litigation. The litigation has been discontinued and neither side sought costs.
